Beyond investigates how editorial design can shape atmosphere, emotion, and narrative. The goal was to create a conceptual magazine centered on cryptids, folklore, and unexplained phenomena, using layout, typography, and imagery to evoke mystery and tension while remaining readable and visually cohesive.

The design emphasizes dramatic pacing, expressive typography, and restrained color palettes to enhance mood. Layouts balance dense text with negative space, allowing illustrations and imagery to guide the reader through each story. Typographic contrast and rhythm were used to distinguish sections 
while maintaining a unified visual identity across spreads.
