Modish is a conceptual cooking app designed to help users adapt recipes to their dietary needs and ingredient availability. The app focuses on flexibility, allowing users to modify recipes in real time without compromising taste, texture, or portion accuracy.
Each recipe includes substitution options for common dietary restrictions such as dairy-free, gluten-free, and plant-based alternatives. Rather than forcing users to search multiple sources, Modish centralizes ingredient adjustments into a streamlined and intuitive experience.
The design emphasizes clarity and usability, with clean layouts, structured hierarchy, and distraction-free cooking screens. This project allowed me to explore user-centered design, information architecture, and interface systems that balance functionality with a warm, approachable aesthetic.
